Clare County Council has already announced that commercial rates are to be eased for some during the COVID-19 outbreak, as business owners come under severe pressure to pay their bills.

Focus is now turning to how they will continue to pay rents on their premises, to ensure they don’t close for good once the pandemic comes to an end.
