14 New COVID-19 Related Deaths In Ireland Today – 5 New Cases Confirmed In Clare

14 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 in the Republic of Ireland have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 36.

The National Public Health Emergency Team says all of these deaths were in the east of the country.

The average age of today’s reported deaths is 81.

The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has been informed of 294 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ireland, which means there are now 2,415 confirmed cases in this country.

There are 5 new cases in Clare, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in this county to 31.
