Construction On €10m Ennis School Expansion To Begin This Year

Construction is due to get underway on a ten million euro expansion of an Ennis school before the end of the year.

Planning permission has been granted for a 4,100 square metre building on Harmony Row, following an application from the Limerick and Clare Education and Training board on behalf of the Ennis Community College and Gaelcholáiste an Chláir.

It will include multiple classrooms, specialist rooms such as science labs and a full-size state of the art sports hall.
