Shannon Commercial Properties is confident that the next phase of development within the Shannon Free Zone will be successful.
The company recently announced that it’s stepping up the pace of its €40 million euro investment in state of the art property solutions in the area.
It’s reporting strong demand for commercial property in the region and at the end of the year will have bought 500,000 square feet of new or upgraded office manufacturing and warehouse facilities since 2015.
