A former Parish Priest of Broadford has passed away.
Fr Tom Seymour, a native of Portroe in Tipperary and a priest of the Diocese of Killaloe for 58 years, passed away at Milford Hospice yesterday.
He attended St Flannan’s School in Ennis in his school years and was appointed Parish Priest of Broadford in 1994, before moving to Terryglass four years later.

He’ll be laid to rest on Wednesday, following Concelebrated Requiem Mass in St Mary of the Rosary, Church, Nenagh at 2 o’clock.
