Shannon has seen the largest boost in commercial flights in the past month.
Figures released by the Irish Aviation Authority show that almost 116,000 flights were handled in Irish airspace, making it the busiest July on record in this country.
Commercial flights at Shannon rose by 8%, compared to July last year, while Dublin saw a 4.3% rise and in Cork there was less than 1% growth in numbers.
