A former All Ireland winning Clare hurler is urging young people in the Banner to open up about mental health issues.
Cratloe dual star Podge Collins is speaking as an ambassador for Clare based charity Elevate which aims to promote wellness and positive mental health among teens and young adults.
It’s the brain child of Spanish Point business man John Burke and his wife Aoibhin Garrihy, with John summitting Mount Everest earlier this year to raise awareness of the cause.
