Clare’s Greatest Ever Person will be unveiled later today.
Following an extensive public poll, which saw thousands of responses from Clare FM listeners, this unique accolade will be bestowed on the individual who has been deemed as the county’s greatest ever person.
The choice will come from five finalists, who themselves were chosen by the public – Willie Clancy, Anthony Daly, Ger Loughnane, Edna O’Brien or Brendan O’Regan.
