Clare’s Baby Dog Rescue service has been saved following massive support from the public.

The service, which has rescued hundreds of dogs over the past four years, was due to close last Thursday.

Cost played a part in the decision – a vet bill of €4,000 had built up and donations from members of the public has seen over €350 raised so far to clear the debt.
