Clare Students Have “Huge Responsibility” To Obey Rules On Masks At Schools

A West Clare Principal says students, parents and teachers have a huge responsibility now to play their part in ensuring schools stay open.

Following advice from the Health Protection Surveillance Centre, the Department of Education has issued updated guidance for schools ahead of re-opening at the end of the month.

It’s recommended that that teacher and secondary school students wear face coverings when a physical distance of two metres can’t be maintained.
