Clare Pub Is First In Ireland To Be Awarded A Michelin Star

A North Clare business has become the first ever pub in Ireland to be awarded a Michelin star.

The Wild Honey Inn in Lisdoonvarna is also the only new business to be awarded the coveted prize in the country this year.

The eatery has been named Clare’s best restaurant several times and the latest honour is just the second Michelin star ever in this county.
