Clare NBRU Executive Member Disappointed Over Lack Of Progress In Pay Dispute

A Clare executive member of the NBRU is expressing disappointment over a lack of progress in the pay dispute which has led to rail services coming to a standstill across the country again today.

Workers at the company have downed tools for a second time, while there are three more days planned in the coming weeks.

Management at Irish Rail have asked unions to go back to the Labour Court, but workers don’t believe it would achieve a workable deal.
