Clare has again missed out on securing any recruits from the latest round of Garda graduates.
A fresh class passed out at Templemore this week, but it’s understood none of those will be stationed in the Clare Garda Division.
However policing numbers here, which have been a concern in recent years, have been increased with two Gardaí transferring to the county, and two more due to follow in the coming weeks.
