Clare householders are being urged to cut down on the amount of waste they’re producing ahead of Christmas.
This week will see many people buying their last gifts and food for the festivities and with that comes a surge in excess packaging.
Clare County Council is reminding members of the public that items that cannot be reused, repaired or up-cycled can be brought to of one of five Clare’s recycling facilities.
