House prices in Clare have risen by almost 5.6% in the past year.
The latest report from the Real Estate Alliance shows the average cost of a three-bed semi in the county is now €190,000.
It also shows that prices in this county were static in the first three months of this year, and that the average time three bed semis are spending on the market has increased to nine weeks, compared to six weeks this time last year.
