Clare house prices have jumped by five percent in the last year, despite the effect of the pandemic.
That is according to the Irish Independent’s “How much is your house worth” report, which surveyed estate agents in every part of the country.
The average price of a house in this county is now around the €200,000 mark, and is expected to increase again in 2021.
