Clare Homeowners Spent Over €40 Million Through Home Renovation Incentive

Homeowners in Clare have spent over €40.4 million in total through the Home Renovation Incentive since its launch.

New figures from the Construction Industry Federation show that since it began in 2013, there has been over 2,500 home improvements carried out in the Banner County.

The scheme provides homeowners with a tax credit at 13.5% on works carried out on a main home or rental property by qualifying contractors.
