A new report from the EPA has found that Clare County Council is above average when it comes to hitting its environmental targets.
The organisation’s performance report covering 2014 to 2016 has found that the Banner is ahead of many other local authorities across a number of categories.
The EPA wants on all authorities to work on improving air quality and management of waste tyres and food waste.
