Clare Gardai are warning motorists to take care on the county’s roads this evening and heading into tonight.
Excess surface water has been reported on a number of side roads this afternoon, particularly in West Clare.
Heavy rain is expected to continue to fall throughout Clare this evening and may cause spot flooding in places.
