Over 100 Clare farmers are still waiting for payments under the GLAS agri-environment schemes.
95 farmers, who have been taking part in GLAS 1, and 20 more who are in GLAS 2 have yet to receive money that they are owed for works done in 2016.
The maximum annual payments to farmers in GLAS is 5,000 euro a year, though this can raise to 7,000 euro in certain circumstances.
