People have been camping out in Windsor snice Sunday in anticipation for tomorrow’s Royal wedding – John Loughrey is one of them.

After months of anticipation, from some at least, attentions turn to London tomorrow when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle get ready to tie the knot at Windsor Castle.

Prince Charles will walk the Bride down the aisle for tomorrow’s Royal Wedding, in place of her dad, who’s recovering from a heart condition and can’t make the big day.

Meghan’s mother will join the bride and Prince Harry for tea with the Queen later.

Traders along the procession route are selling everything from hats to cups and some more unusual items.

Back home, a number of events will be taking place across the county to mark the event and one local charity is taking the opportunity to capitalise on it to raise much needed funds.

Sláinte an Chláir, Clare Cancer Support, will be having a Champagne Breakfast at Treacy’s West County Hotel tomorrow morning, where they’ll dress up and watch the event on the big screen.

Funds raised will go towards providing transport for cancer sufferers, something one of the organisers Mary Skehan says is vital.
