Clare County Council has been awarded over €11,000 to devise a project to empower visually impaired musicians.
It’s part of a nationwide initiative to promote unique collaborations and make music more inclusive.
The funding from the Arts Council of Ireland will be used to test and design a new composition called ‘Symphony for the Blind’.
