Clare Beaches And Rivers To Be Examined In Litter Survey

Clare’s beaches and rivers will soon be examined in the IBAL litter league survey for the first time.

The Irish Business Against Litter survey has been carried out in Irish towns and cities for 16 years, rating them on their litter levels.

But from this year, inspectors will also be looking at rubbish and litter levels at over 60 waterways around Ireland, including Lahinch, Doolin Pier, the River Inagh and the River Shannon.
