The Clare-based sister of one of the nominees for President Joe Biden’s administration says her family are very proud of her new role.
Polly Trottenberg has been nominated to become deputy secretary of the Transportation Department in the Biden administration.
She had previously served as the transportation commissioner for seven years and is a frequent visitor to county Clare.
