Average rents in Clare have risen by more than 100 euro per week since the start of last year.
The latest quarterly rental report from Daft.ie shows typical rents in the Banner County up 12% since the same time last year.
The rate of increase is higher than the national average, and the typical rental property here now costs 709 euro per week.
