A fundriasing cycle, in memory of a Sixmilebridge mother who lost her life to cancer six months ago, will arrive in Ennis this evening.
Over a dozen cyclists, many from Clare, are travelling from Mizen Head to Malin Head on a five-day, 700km trek that will see them stop in Ennis tonight.
Ella, nee Costello, who had been living in Delgany in Wicklow, was married to Jack McMahon from Ruan, and now close to €40,000 has been raised in her memory, with the money going to hospices in Wicklow and Dublin.
