A so called ‘cash for organs’ scheme being operated by an insurance firm is being branded unsavoury and unethical.
The Royal London Ireland insurance firm is offering €2,500 Euro to customers who donate an organ to a family member.
It says the money could help offset any potential loss of earnings, medical bills and expenses.
