Calls From Clare Farmers For Prenuptial Laws To Be Changed

The Clare County Chairman of the ICMSA is calling for the law surrounding prenuptialĀ agreements in this country to be overhauled.

It comes as a recent survey by Farm Ireland has found that 72% of farmers would support a call for legally binding pre-nups in this country.

1,000 farmers were asked their opinions on a number of issues including water charges, religion, safety, farm accidents and pre-nups.
