Call For Court Sittings To Return To Clare Towns

The President of the Clare Law Association has called for District Court sitting to be returned to Killaloe and Kilrush as a priority.

As a result of the pandemic, and to allow for social distancing, all courts business in Clare has been operating from Ennis Courthouse.

But Patrick Moylan, founder of O’Kelly Moylan Solicitors, says issues including a lack of public transport are making it difficult for people in East and West Clare to come to the county town.
