A Clare publican and a farmer have been included in Revenue’s latest list of tax defaulters.
The largest settlement was reached with Miltown Malbay-based farmer and musician Michael Sexton, of almost €98,000.
The case related to the under declaration of income tax and VAT and Revenue’s report states that close to €58,000 remained unpaid as of March 31st.

Separately, Kilfenora Taverns Ltd., trading as Vaughan’s, reached a settlement with Revenue of just shy of €55,500, owing to the under declaration of corporation tax.
