The co-ordinator of the Burren Food Trail says that being honoured with Ireland's European Destination Award is a a reflection of what businesses in Clare can achieve in a short space of time.
The North Clare trail is being presented with its EDEN award at an event in Doolin today, honouring excellence and sustainability under the theme of tourism and local gastronomy.

It'll now go on to represent Ireland in Brussels in December where representatives will meet with winners from 25 other countries.
