Burren Ecotourism CEO Hopeful Platform Will Lead To Spinoff Benefits For Clare

The CEO of the Burren Ecotourism Network is hopeful the group’s worldwide platform will lead to spin-off benefits for other tourism and hospitality businesses across Clare.

The Network is celebrating its tenth anniversary this week having become a global leader in sustainable tourism in the past decade.

The group was awarded a ‘Best Community Tourism Project’ accolade by world-renowned travel guide Lonely Planet at the end of last year.

Network CEO Jarlath O Dwyer says they’re focused on continuing to develop the Burren’s sustainable tourism potential in the long term.
