Clare TD Pat Breen has retained his Junior Ministry at the Department of Jobs but now has additional responsibilities, taking up the role of Minister for Trade, Employment, Business, EU Single Market and Data Protection.
Minister of State Breen insists that Clare and the Midwest will have a voice.
