The Bishop of Killaloe insists the Catholic Church must move from maintenance to mission – to entice people back to faith.

Bishop Fintan Monahan and his team have been reflecting on changing circumstances in the church and society at a retreat in Loughrea.

They’re hoping that by shifting their mindset, they may be able to draw lapsed Catholics back into mass.
