As Santa makes his final checks ahead of Christmas Day, Clare County Fire Service is advising Mammy’s and Daddy’s to make sure their chimney is clean.
Santa will be visiting homes across the county on this night next week, and with the help of his team of reindeer’s will be landing on the roofs of many houses.
Clare’s Chief Fire Officer, Adrian Kelly says homes that have a chimney should ensure its soot free ahead of his arrival.
