People in Clare are being asked to donate blood as their New Year’s resolution this year.
Donations are down following the Christmas lull meaning many hospitals are in urgent need of a fresh supply.
Clinics are being held around the county in the coming days – in Bunratty on January 2nd and in Kilrush on the 10th and 11th.
