Almost €50,000 has been allocated to voluntary and community organisations across Clare in COVID-19 supports.
The funding will allow a number of organisations in this county to continue to adapt to requirements of dealing with the pandemic – including enabling further online activities and adequate social distancing measures.
Groups are now being encouraged to check in with the Clare Local Community Development Committee who will be administering the funding with the support of Clare County Council.

The allocation is part of €1.7 million announced by the Department of Rural and Community Development for local authority areas across the country.
