The AGSI says its deeply disappointed that it’s been excluded from a working group on Garda access to the Labour Court.
The association which represents Sergeants and Inspectors is accusing the Government of a lack of transparency.
It follows a long running dispute over pay and conditions of members of the force which nearly led to the first strike by Gardaí before Christmas.
