Clare farmers are said to be asking themselves serious questions about their future in the sector.
The beef crisis is continuing to cause serious concern for farmers across the country, with no news yet on any progress with the newly established Beef Taskforce.
Its meeting a number of weeks ago was stood down after angry farmers demonstrated at the Department of Agriculture but farming groups have since called for the taskforce to meet and begin its work.
