Clare Farm Accident Widow Urges People To Remember Those Lost Tragically

A Clare native who lost her husband in a farm accident less than a year after their wedding day is urging people to remember those lost in these tragedies.

On St Patrick’s Day 2014, Diane Banville discovered her husband’s body on their farm in Wexford, after he had failed to return home to take her and their young sons to the parade.

This Sunday will see support organisation Embrace FARM hold its annual remembrance service for all who have lost in farm accidents in Co. Laois, an organisation with which Diane is involved.
