Clare people heading to the National Ploughing Championships over the coming days are being advised to check their route in advance.
Up to 300-thousand people are expected at the 88th annual National Ploughing Championships over the next three days in Fenagh, Co. Carlow.
This year’s event has 1,500 exhibitors at the site and buyers and visitors from more than a dozen countries are due to attend.
Warm sunny spells have been forecast ahead of the championships, with temperatures expected to reach into the high teens.
