The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has today been informed that a total of 11 people with COVID-19 have died.
This brings to 1,592, the number of COVID-19 related deaths here.
The HPSC has been notified of 115 new confirmed cases of the virus, bringing the total number of COVID-19 cases in Ireland to 24,506, with 4 new cases confirmed here in Clare.

The HSE is working to identify any contacts the patients may have had to provide them with information and advice to prevent further spread.
