A total of 30 assets across Clare have been acquired by the National Assets Management Agency.

In a breakdown of the figures released by the agency as part of its first annual report the majority of the property on its books from the county is development units in Ennis, Westbury, Sixmilebridge, Doolin Whitegate, Liscannor and Bellharbour.
Whelan’s Quarries in Ennis and Kilrush are on its books along with a hotel property in Liscannor.
There are also seven residential units under Nama including properties on the Tulla Road and The Shanaway Road in Ennis, as well as properties in Killaloe and Lisdoonvarna.
