2017 Cyclist Deaths Already Matching 2016 Figures

The number of cyclists killed on Ireland’s roads this year has now matched the figure for all of 2016.

A woman killed in Kerry and a man who died following an accident in Mayo have brought the total number of cyclists killed on our roads this year to ten.

It comes as the Chair of Clare Cycle Safety challenges people to change their behaviour on the roads in order to save lives.
