Three Clare properties including two former hotels are among the lots up for sale in the latest distressed property auction.
The Ashford Court – a boutique hotel on the Old Mill Road in Ennis is included in the All-sops Auction next month with a guide price of 215 thousand for the 27 bed property while the 41 bed Kilkee Bay Hotel in West Clare has been priced at 315 thousand.

Both properties were victims of the economic downturn with an over supply of hotels in the Mid West.
Meanwhile a four bedroom house in Mountshannon is also set to go under the hammer at the same auction in Dublin on the 1st of March – it has a reserve price of 125 thousand euro.
