The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has today been informed that a total of 9 people with COVID-19 have died.
It brings to 1,639, the total number of coronavirus related deaths here.
Today, the HPSC has been notified of 46 confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in Ireland to 24,841, with new no cases confirmed here in Clare for the third day in a row.
