77 new homes were built in Clare in the first three months of the year.
New CSO figures show 45 one-off houses, 26 more houses in estates, and four apartments were built between January and March of this year.
The number is lower than each of the previous three Quarterly periods, but is higher than recorded for the beginning of any year since records began in 2011.
