Today the corporate policy group of Clare County Council will meet via conference call to decide on whether or not the Council’s monthly meeting will go ahead in May.
It follows on from news that the Council was told they cannot meet via teleconference, following concerns that any votes carried out on Zoom or Skype may be subject to legal challenge.
All municipal district meetings have been postponed until after the next full county council meeting, of which will be decided today.
