Clare’s Derek O’Connor has tasted victory at the 2018 Grand National Meeting in Aintree.
The Tubber man guided Balnaslow home in front over the Grand National fences in the Foxhunters Chase.
He got a brilliant ride around the course keeping him mount close to the running rail before striking for home beating Bears Affair into second place.
