Former All Ireland winning hurler Colin Ryan is once more part of Clare’s Oscar Traynor squad for the coming season.

The Newmarket man stepped away from the hurling panel to concentrate on soccer this year, and was part of the squad that won Clare’s third title in the competition.

He’s part of a 34 man provisional squad unveiled by management ahead of the opening round this season against West Cork, with Irish Junior Internationals Eoin Hayes and Stephen Kelly also part of the panel.
